March 13 is Arts Advocacy Day in Tennessee
February 20, 2007NASHVILLE — Arts Advocacy Day will be held Tuesday, March 13 in Nashville. Tennesseans for the Arts (TFTA) has scheduled a full day of activities for the annual event, with hundreds of arts supporters from across the state expected to attend.
Registration is currently underway, and is only $10. Participants may also register on the day of the event beginning at 11:30 a.m. at Nashville's Main Library on Church Street in the downtown area. The Library will provide tours of their facility and their collections. Beginning at 12:15, TFTA will hold a meeting at the Library, and at 1 p.m. the Chattanooga Boys Choir will perform at Legislative Plaza.
